Yep, that's us! We don't understand why the remainder of the country must speak with such accents? We can't understand why anyone would want more than a tall glass of sweet iced tea on a lazy Sunday afternoon? It's the perfect compliment whether you're swinging on the front porch or snuggled by the fire! A good meal means a big mess of anything fried, sweet iced tea and a pone of cornbread. Need a dessert? Pour some syrup over the cornbread and it's instant dessert! I'll close now with the tradiontional southern epitaph....Y'all come back now, ya hear?! I love you Trish!

I could be southern! it's official because I think taters should be mandatory (even if you're just eating rice!!) and shoes should NOT!

I can 'go' for most of those southern comforts .. except I've got to wear my shoes. Some of my family lived in Kentucky .. is that south enough?
