Monday Morning

Well, here it is the beginning of another week...at my age they seem to come around quickly.  Daddy always said "Sister, the older you get the faster the years fly."  Daddy was right!  Looking back it doesn't feel like I have graced this planet for 61 years...61 years!?  I surely don't feel that old...Praise God.  Oh, don't get me wrong I cannot clean the house from top to bottom all in a days time anymore.  It took me all last week to get my Fall cleaning done...sheesh.  But, I got 'er done.
The baby shower was wonderful and we are blessed to be loved by family members, who so generously showered our Jonas with the things that he needs and more.  Now, we wait anxiously for his arrival...which is not easy at this point.  LOL.
Monday morning is the time for laundrocizing...so I'd best get the party started.  I pray that you have a wonderful week...God is good!

You have a wonderful week too Trish!
It does go quicker and quicker as the years past so we have to make the most of each precious day.

I didn't know we were the same age. That's cool. I love the name Jonas. I wish my son and his wife would hurry up and make me and my husband grandparents. Oh, well.
Hugs & Blessings~
Remember, you're as young as you feel. I don't feel my age either.

Dear Trish. I haven´t checked in on FB this morning, so I don´t know if the long awaited for Jonas has arrived. I hope and pray that everything is well.
I love your outdoor bonfire place. It sure looks so cosy. Our nights are the cold to spend outdoors. We are awaiting King frost to arrive this weekend. I am busy making space for flowers indoors. Some will not make it in the garden through the winter. first we have to make space in the cellar to store the flowers properly.
We only wash houses indoors twice a year. For Christmas and for spring arrival. I guess I am not that good a cleaner anymore. I have help to hold the house somewhat clean, but you know, strange people do not always seem so eager to wash in the corners e.t.c. It will have to pass anyway.
Once more today we think of Jonas.
