Baby Shower, House and Emilee

Granddaughter Emilee spending the night.

This has been a busy week. Last night, I helped decorate and prepare for my nieces Baby Shower. We, my sisters and nieces had that place done up in no time! Today, we had a great time of fellowship and eating amazing Mexican food. That was lovingly prepared, by my nieces Mom-in-law. This baby, is a miracle and little Bella will be loved, loved, loved!
Our oldest daughter Kelly, is going to be moving sometime in February. My pal Peg and I have been cleaning the new house. They need to get in and paint before the big day arrives. I love the neighborhood and am excited as can be...you'd think I was the one moving! God is so good!
Emilee came home with this ol' Grammy to spend the night. She gave me a lovely pedicure and I curled her hair. Just like I did her Mama's on Saturday nights, so that she will be loverly for Church in the morning.
She and Tomer are now fast asleep! And here I sit wide eyed! I thought that I'd be tired early, since I did not sleep well last night...think I caught this from Sara! LOL. Pray you have a wonderful Sunday...I need to sign out and shut my mind off.
If not...I'm going to be a slug, come tomorrow morning!

Proverbs 17:6
Children's children are a crown to the aged, and parents are the pride of their children.

Love to All!

A beautiful picture of a child in peaceful sleep. Well tucked in and also groomed by her grandmother.
Someway I think that days like this are strong building stones in what's going to be that kid's life.

If only all children were as safe and sound, we'd had a better world.

on those rare occasions when I can't fall asleep, a game of solitaire (several sometimes) on the computer make my eyes start glazing over!

How exciting, a new house is so much fun! Of course I don't know why i say that, we live in a mobile home, so anytime we moved we jujst took it with us! Ha Ha!
