Got Nothing Exciting

I don't have anything exciting or interesting to write of...my days are spent taking care of my two youngest Grandbabies, as most of you already know. Today, has been a rip roaring day!
I got myself a new cell phone last week and this morning, Elek baptized it! Yep, right in my cup of coffee!!! I had a lapse in judgment and left it on the table. Normally, I take it with me because Elek is nosey and into EVERYTHING!!! Thankfully, it's working, but the front screen is rather foggy.

Xavier (pictured above) is now on the couch behind me...numb, and needing a nap...which I am praying for. I so need some quiet time! Xavier aka Scooter, is very opinionated and speaks his mind...that is not good when you are only 3 years old! He told one of his Sunday School teachers that he didn't like her...Oh, Lord.

He was upset earlier and told me that he was walking home. And believe me, he would attempt it...I have never seen a more determined child. So, his Aunt Kelly, wondered how he planned on getting in when he got there. I asked if Sebastion would let him in and he so seriously, replies "No, he's a dog!" I got the stink eye from that boy...he is a corker!

Hallelujah...Hallelujah...he is asleep!!! This ol' grammy is in dire need of a big, big, huge cup of coffee and QUIET!
Signing off for now...ahhh.

Love to all!

Enjoy the quiet time and the HUGE mug of coffee. Now if Elak can harness that determination as he grows in the Lord, he will be strong in Christ and unswerving in his faith.

Hugs ... sssshhhhhh ... tiptoe away from the couch .... ssshhh

Ahhhhhhh, the solace of just a few mintues of quiet in the middle of such a hectic day! Gotta admit though, that little fella's a cutie pie! Don't blink, Trish, he'll be grown and you'll be crying over these wonderful, memorable days! Hope your coffee and quiet time were wonderful!

Many hugs.........

I have my work cut out for me! On Sunday I'm heading out from Texas to Missouri to help Jennifer out with the girlies and our new grandson. Those 2 are cute but man, lots of AT-TI-TUDE! I'll need a vacation once I get back home!

Connie..I know that you are sooo excited to head to Missouri. It is always wonderful as a Mom and Gram to be there when they need us!!! Oh, and I surely understand about ATTITUDE...I get plenty of it around here! LOL Wouldn't change it though, cause I want to be a grammy leaving lots of memories! Have a great visit and YES, you will need a vacation when you get home...give Twizzler boy a kiss for me!
~hugs~

I think that WAS something exciting to blog about.

Hey - - - this old "Kamma" (what my grans call me) can really RELATE to all this. I LOVE to have them, but when they leave I am one worn out little puppy!!!!

I think that's PART of why God let's us have our babies when we are YOUNG.
